here's something from moody that may help you on the upload front
first you need to go here ....

then upload your files to it it will then give you a link for that file which you can stick in your post and share your music!
if you want to record stuff from the net get replay music
http://applian.com/replay-music/index.php
which will record anything going through your soundcard
i really would advice you to get mediafire there's no waiting for files ect like rapidshare and the files dont get deleted on a free account if they havent been downloaded for a month
